If on delivery the Buyer is not satisfied with the product, the buyer shall give written notice of such defect to Artisan Tropic within three business days of delivery date. Along with this written notice the purchaser shall include a picture of the defective product and the batch number.
Artisan Tropic shall at its option:
-Replace the Product within 10 days of receiving the Buyer’s notice.
-Refund to the Buyer the full price including shipping for the goods which are defective.
